This policy explains how Free Invoice Generator (the “site”), operated by invoicegenerators, handles information.

1. In short

The invoice tool runs in your browser. There are no user accounts, and the invoices you create are not sent to our servers.

2. Data stored on your device

To work, the site saves the following in your browser’s local storage and IndexedDB: your invoices and history, your logo and signature images, your settings (language, currency, template) and your ad choice. This data stays on your device and we cannot access it. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it. Backup files you export are saved wherever you choose.

3. Data we do not collect

We do not receive the content of your invoices, such as names, addresses, tax numbers or bank details, and we do not ask you to create an account.

4. Third-party services

• Google Fonts serves the Inter typeface. Your IP address and browser details are sent to Google when the page loads.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) serves the libraries used to create PDF files. They are loaded only when you press Download PDF.
• Hosting provider. Our host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and requested pages, for security and operation.
• Advertising. The site may show ads from Monetag. Ads load only after you accept them in the consent banner. Ad partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure ads under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

5. Your choices

• Decline ads in the banner. All features work without them.
• Change your ad choice at any time with the Privacy link at the bottom of the invoice page.
• Delete saved invoices by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
